  Easy travel from airport and back. Taxi only 20yuan from airport. English spraking staff very nice.

  Breakfast was superb, a fabulous array of choices. Our room was amazing, exceeded what we expected. Shuttle bus was very useful and appreciated.

  The convenience of the location. Great onsite bar and restaurant. Avery well organised shuttle service to the airport. Restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly.

  very nice and helpful staff at the front desk, close to the airport easy to reach by shuttle, comfortable room and loved the play room in the basement
  
  What could be improved: staff at restaurant during breakfast was not nice at all, we just wanted a coffee, however they acted like we were hunting for a free breakfast. the paid for cafe latte took a long time and tasted horrible

  Good value for money and free shuttles to the airport made it ideal and accessible for very early pick up/drop off. Restaurant had a very broad menu.

  I received a welcoming services in Ramada, friendly and professional staff, clean room as well as tasty breakfast buffet with great variety. One more thing to highlight is that it is also pet friendly, the environment in the surrounding is quite with spacious grass ground, great to walk dogs.
  
  Extremely thankful for the great support received from hotel staff Shane and Amelia, who kindly considered our situation (late flight, with pet) and allowed us to checkout later in the afternoon. We received many kindness in Ramada and had a comfortable stay here.

  Close to the airport. Excellent bus service and easy to locate at the airport. Breakfast was good.
  
  What could be improved: On arrival at 8pm the male receptionist was not the most welcoming. Gave me no information, but feel the language barrier may have resulted in him not wanting to engage in any conversation. Thankfully, when checking out the staff were very helpful
