  The hotel is situated right in the centre of Shanghai on a Main Street of shopping. You go out of the hotel and you can already go shopping. I would say that’s one of the best things about the hotel. It’s only a short walk to the harbour. The breakfast is excellent offering a huge variety of different food, pastries, different breads, hot food, cereals and others. We were offered a complimentary afternoon tea which we really appreciated. I recommend taking up that offer as you get to experience a special view from 30th floor which shows the different skyscrapers of Shanghai. The gym is good but on top of that they have pilates and yoga classes which you can book.
  
  What could be improved: At night it would smell of cigarettes which meant others were smoking in the hotel and the ventilation meant it would come inside our room. Despite calling the reception, there were no answers. You could hear the noise of other rooms, so not so soundproof.

  An amazing hotel in the most perfect location. Fabulous breakfast selection. Rooms were spotless clean and serviced daily. We’ve already booked again for next year. Not the cheapest but well worth just for the location

  I liked a good selection of food during breakfast, location of the hotel, staff friendliness, our room was facing the other hotel, which was nice because during holidays the other street was very crowded and loud^^
  
  What could be improved: Ehm, we noticed some electricity issues on the first day, but didnt pay huge attention to it, and there was water coming from the ceiling in the bathroom, but luckily it was after we took our showers and it was our last night, so we just didn't want to bother the staff with it coz it was almost midnight (tried to call to the front office but the line was busy for a long time)
