  Friendly and helpful staff with on site free parking. Nice large room that was clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Location was good for where we needed to go. It was close to a large shopping centre with many eateries.

  The room is nice and clean. The front desk and other staff are very friendly and always tried their best to help and accommodate our needs. The breakfast is nice and exceeded our expectation.

  The breakfast was great with multiple choices. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is staffs who can speak english.
  
  What could be improved: The road is under constructions therefore it took more effort to go to the nearest metro station. Nevertheless, taking a taxi to the metro station is a good alternative.

  The property offers couple things that delighted my daughter and us. The first is the indoor swimming pool and it opens till 9:30pm. The second is at the lobby bar they offer fishing which means we get to drink while she gets to play. Also there are plenty of food vendors options right around the hotel due to 3 nearby college campuses. It was full of young energies when we took a walk during our one night stay.
  
  What could be improved: The location is not in the center but closer to PVG than to Hongqiao airport.
