  What a fantastic hotel ! Was really awesome. Everything was splendid.
  
  What could be improved: Just one suggestion. Would be good if the hotel install some washing machines and dryers for the clients to make their laundry like most of the hotel in China

  Great location and very convenient to public transport. Hotel staffs are very nice and very helpful. I book this hotel every time I come back to Shanghai. The room was quite big. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of food choices.

  Super convenient location close to metro, TianZiFang and the French quarter. Very clean, fantastic staff very attentive. Breakfast was splendid with lots of choices – Western and Chinese dishes! We have enjoyed our 5 nights stay and high recommended this place to anyone

  Really great Hotel with an outstanding customer focused service mentality. Great rooms and beds and excellent breakfast. Very flexible with both check-in and check-out timing. Even though it is not directly in the Bund area it is a short taxi ride away. Will definitely be back !

  Good room and space , good breakfast , staff excellent , probably need more international tv Chanel ? And shower toilet , I’m Muslim and can’t clean with paper roll
