  The central A/C system in the building did not work great with a properly like this and the amount of money the guests are paying we should not be in the building sweating like pigs, can’t enjoy tea or breakfast in the morning because it is so hot.

  The view at the lobby and bar was exceptional! Convenient location, across the river from old town, and right in the middle of the business district.
  The breakfast was delicious and diverse, definitely recommend going! Plenty of different cuisines.
  The staff was friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: I had issue with the room as the windows would get very humid and drip. Also the ac was not working well.
  Not all server staff spoke English, which is an issue for a five star hotel specially with such international clientele and Hyatt brand.
