  The hotel offers modern, spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast with plenty of variety. Its prime location made exploring Shanghai easy, and we used Didi for all transportation needs.
  
  What could be improved: The staff’s limited English made communication difficult, which could be improved.

  What could be improved: Hotel is maintenance now , it’s not easy to walk to the room . This is conference center, it’s big.

  What could be improved: The hotel is undergoing renovation and we have been assigned to another wing. A bit inconvenient especially when the access from the coffee joint is closed at night as we have to make a detour from the main building

  The best thing about this hotel is the river view, simply breathtaking! Location is also exceptional and very central, literally few steps away from the pearl tower. Staff were helpful and friendly! Room was squeaky clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfasts are typical for local hotels.
  
  What could be improved: Hotel lobby is under renovation, so you have to walk through exhibition center and use two lifts to get to your room, not very convenient. There is a glass wall between the bathroom and the bed, some may feel lack of privacy.

  What could be improved: the fact that the hotel is undergoing works at main reception is cumbersome. guests have to take a lift to a makeshift reception at the 5th floor, with no lounge or waiting facilities and then come down (if that is the case) to the rooms on other floors. no bar or restaurant or shops or any social area is provided at the moment. understand that the conditions are temporary and trust that in future we are advised of works before booking is accepted.
