  Exceptional boutique hotel in a fantastic location. We would stay again!
  
  Location – Walking distance to many key attractions yet away from the hustle and bustle. Close to two subway stations, so super convenient!
  
  Room – Quiet, spacious and beautiful room! Super comfortable bed, cool tech controls for lights, curtains and toilet and very stylish. We really liked having a washing machine and complimentary laundry pods in our room as well.
  
  Staff – super attentive and helpful. They helped us with all our queries. Housekeeping came everyday and it was so nice coming back to a clean, tidy room and fresh towels.
  
  Special touches – we were upgraded to a bigger room, which was so nice! Complimentary breakfast delivered to our room was also a really nice touch. We also really appreciated the complimentary mini bar and fruit on arrival. The bathroom amenities were really wonderful – Byredo bath products smelled amazing! The trendy rooftop bar has a great view and is popular with locals!

  Very good taste in terms of decoration, beautiful architecture and renovated facilities. Room was nice, well equipped and quite technological. Staff was super kind and thoughtful.

  The hotel
  Is exactly as it appears in the photos. The staff were so kind and friendly. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms spacious there are no facilities like gym etc, but this is clear from the beginning and reflected in the price. Having a washing machine was a big help for us.

  Room is clean, turn down service service was great, served us 银耳汤，which is the sweet white fungus soup, better than most restaurants, we were surprised there are actually breakfast, which is pastry only and coffee. All the staff are friendly and will greet each time seeing you.
  
  What could be improved: We stayed at two bedroom and had hard time with AC and guest bathroom drain were slow. Have to take out the plug so water can drain.
