  The overall experience was nice but the bathtub is not clean there are some black particles falling out from the tap.

  The room was incredibly comfortable, it was very spacious, clean, cozy, and I felt happy coming to my room to relax. The breakfast assortment offered a lot of variety.
  
  What could be improved: The staff although professional, unfortunately did not speak a word of English or made an effort to provide a warm welcome/goodbye. Only the guy who was taking the room numbers for breakfast made an effort via the use of translation app.

  What could be improved: The staff and one supervisor showed un professional when I requested an itemized receipt (not invoice). This is a normal process in any hotel although I reserved the hotel through traveling agents like Booking or Trip.com.

  What could be improved: They didn't clean properly; someone put a double eyelid sticker and fake eyelashes in the shower area. And there was nothing to do near the hotel. They didn't have air conditioner when it was 30’C was crazy hot

  入住办理比较快，房间较大无异味，洗澡水及下水都很顺畅，房间总体比较安静。
  
  What could be improved: 首先两次入住吹风机都是坏的，这次是完全不工作；其次枕头太软，一点承托力都没有，导致我睡眠很差。

  L’emplacement est très calme et idéal. Proche du métro et une position centrale dans la ville. La chambre est très belle et bien décorée. La douche est très agréable à utiliser.
  
  What could be improved: Le personnel parle très difficilement anglais.
  
  Il propose un mini-bar dans la chambre mais il ne parvient pas à refroidir les boissons. Quand on demande des glaçons au bar à cocktail, on nous dit qu’il n’y en a pas.
  
  La télévision fonctionne une fois sur 3. Impossible d’avoir les chaînes de télévision. Il faut passer sur le Netflix qui est payant…
  
  Quand vous arrivez vous trouver que dans le kit de bienvenue on vous offre des boules Quiès, on comprend vite pourquoi… Les clients ne font absolument pas attention à la porte qui claque et réveille tout l’étage. Il serait intéressant de mettre un cale-porte ou un système qui empêche que cela fasse tant de bruit.
  
  Enfin, au petit-déjeuner, tout est écrit en chinois. Impossible de savoir ce que l’on mange.

  大門以內的所有工作人員，基本上都帶著較溫和的語氣和態度服務，感覺非常舒服。
  
  What could be improved: 訂購35平米的房型，結過進房一看尺寸有明顯差距，櫃台表示尺寸是帶上浴廁，雖然一個人夠用，但國際品牌這種狀態還是首見，若不是太累就會要求更換房間。另外，廁所馬桶中有未沖掉的頭髮，周邊不太乾淨還有前住客遺留物品……中央空調吹的是"自然風"，因怕熱要了一台電風扇，但對特別選"諾富特"的我而言，的確有點失望。
