  Shuttle to the Bund and Disney, Very good breakfast, comfy beds. They even gave us free wine and complimentary drinks the first night

  The hotel is booked mainly by people going to Disneyland, however we took it to go to the center of the city during the day and to come back for night. Free shuttle bus from airport and to the Bund was very comfortable solution. To come back we had to take metro what took some time but it was very easy. The hotel itself is very modern. Two shops are just in front of the entrance to the hotel.
  
  What could be improved: Difficult to communicate in English. Have translator in your phone, then no problem at all.

  Great location, they have free shuttles to Disney and airport and are always on time. Friendly staff. Would recommend a foot massage- the next day I felt no pain from the long day in Disney. Friendly staff and clean large room.

  1. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! We wanted to order Meituan but we did not have a China phone number and bank. So, the hotel staff helped us to order the food we wanted.
  2. The hotel also provides free return shuttle bus service to Disneyland and the airport, which I find to be really convenient!
  3. The rooms are comfortable! I had a relaxing stay and I felt energized after every night of sleep.
  4. The shower pressure was amazing.
  
  What could be improved: Honestly, there were nothing that we did not like about the property. The hotel helped us to take care of everything, including the travel from airport to the hotel, and our return journey to Disneyland. It was amazing!

  The staff are really friendly and helpful.
  There is a playroom in the hotel, and the kids love it.
  The hotel offers the free shuttle bus to Disneyland, the Bund, airport and the major train station, which is very convenient!
  
  What could be improved: There isn't a lock for the toilet door.

  Perfect hotel for visiting Disneyland, very geared up for children. The room was really comfortable and big, the beds were massive. Breakfast buffet was really good and the staff were really helpful. The free airport and Disney shuttle was an added bonus.
