  Good value for money with breakfast at the 50th floor revolving restaurant. Excellent service from Ms Anne Li who anticipated our needs and offered us late check out and arranged a car to bring us to the airport. She even helped us bring one of our luggage bags to the room as we have many bags.

  Very convenient every part, perfect view from the room and all staff very helpful willing to help foreigners in case of need.
  Aldi and coffee shop connected on the ground floor. Two metro lines pretty close.

  View from room if you are given the one facing Shanghai Tower is excellent. The 24hr self laundry is also a big bonus. Evrrything is good about this hotel.

  The hotel's location was fantastic, and the exterior looked really cool. It connects directly to a department store and a supermarket, and there's a Starbucks right at the entrance — super convenient.
  Miss Jounna at the front desk was very kind and attentive. It was our first time staying here, and we had a baby with us, but she put all my worries at ease. I'm really grateful for her service.
  The restaurant on the 50th floor was amazing. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

  Rainbow zhao has been a phenomenal assistant especially helping us to translate. Absolutely everything!!!! From the quick service to the hospitality. Cannot be faulted. I wish we were staying here for longer. The revolving restaurant. They made our stay the best one yet. We had the hotel manager/receptionist ordering us drinks and was very accommodating. Will definitely be back!
