  What could be improved: The property was alright it’s just the location alittle distance away from all places. Definitely require vehicle to get around places .

  The Hotel is Good. But the Location is off beat with no nearby shops within 3 miles for any small basic item if required to be bought. So you always end up paying for Taxi more than the product that would buy at a super market or a store.

  Staff were all super friendly. Beds are comfy and amenities in the room were good. We were visiting friends in the area so the location worked well for us.
  
  What could be improved: Sounds from the passageway really travelled a lot. No noises from our neighbours but could hear most comings and going from the hall outside

  – no room service food only certain times. Close early.
  As an international hotel , they should aware that some visitors are foreigner so they don’t know much in country.
  So the hotel should have sevice food in hotel.

  Relatively close to Hongqiao. The wifi worked well and easy to use the laundry machine in the 2nd floor. The lobby is quite cool with many things to play or chill. The staff was great and helped me with 3 issues.
  
  What could be improved: The corridors are smelly and my first room did smell too much so I requested to change the room. The second one had no problem.

  The Hotel is quite far from the Subway so you will need to book and taxi everything to get somewhere.

  What could be improved: On my last day I changed the room and was given used dirty quilt and dirty towel ( smoke smell) i called the staff n made them smell. I don’t smoke so it was bad experience couldn’t sleep whole night
