  홍차오 공항에서도 가깝고 회사와도 도보로 이동 가능한 거리여서, 항상 이용할 때 마다 만족스럽게 이용하는 호텔입니다. 가격도 타 호텔 대비 저렴한 편이며, 룸 컨디션이나, 룸 크기 등도 만족스럽고, 침대도 숙면을 취하기 충분하며, 특히 광활한 화장실은 다른 특급호텔과 비교 불가입니다.
  
  What could be improved: 1.제일 가까운 지하철 역까지 도보로 이동하기에는 다소 거리가 된다는 단점이 있습니다.
  2.영어로 의사소통이 되는 직원이 1명(?) 밖에 없어서, 다소 의사소통에 제약이 있습니다.
  3.호텔 구조의 특성상 어쩔 수 없겠지만, 일부 객실에서는 커튼을 열면 건너편 다른 객실 내부가 훤히 보이는 경우도 있습니다.. (사생활 보호가 필요하신 분들은 다소 답답하겠지만, 커튼을 닫고 지내시는 것이 좋을 듯 합니다.)
  3. 아침 조식은 따듯한 우유 밖에 없어서, 찬우유가 필요한 경우 조식당 매니저에게 별도 부탁을 해야하며, 컵도 거의 종이컵 크기의 플라스틱 컵이여서, 머그컵과 같은 큰 컵이 필요한 경우에도 매니저에게 별도로 요청을 해야합니다. 조식당의 quality는 특급호텔 수준 높은 메뉴를 기대하기는 어렵지만, 비즈니스 호텔 수준에서 간단하게 아침을 먹고 간다는 정도로 생각한다면 그리 나쁜편은 아닙니다. 다만, 빵 종류를 소금빵이나, 조금더 quality있는 크로와상 정도로 준비해 준다면 손님들의 만족도도 더욱 올라갈 것으로 생각 됩니다. (크로와상이 너무 작고, 눅눅했음)

  What could be improved: The staff was unprofessional. We booked through booking the room with breakfast but the reception and the staff blocked us rudely telling that we have not. I called the Booking service center and they confirmed my right to have the breakfast. They treated us very bad. I travelled a lot and I have been in hundreds of hotel, something like this never happened during all my experiences.
