  Room is spacious and clean.

  The hotel is near the airport and a shuttle is available which was helpful. Breakfast was good.
  
  What could be improved: Staff had great difficulty booking us in which was frustrating given the long flight we had endured. It is not in a tourist area so only stay for a day or two to transition from long haul flight.

  The room was really great. Much bigger than we expected and lots of nice touches like the toiletries and fluffy toys for kids to play with.

  The room size was incredible, and looked like the photos. The beds were soft and very comfortable after a long flight was needed. The room was very well priced and quite reasonable .

  Large clean room, very equipped with things you need for the night. Staff are friendly. Shuttle bus takes 20-30 mins to the airport.
  
  What could be improved: Acoustic not great, I can hear people in the corridor and water running from other rooms. Internet not great, unable to use WhatsApp, Line ..etc.

  It was great room, close to the airport but no real walking that was nice The room was spacious, extremely comfortable and the staff were very kind
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast coffee was ordinary. The shuttle bus that was advertise stopped at 2pm in the afternoon which wasn't "24 hour" as mentioned.

  What could be improved: Difficult to communicate with staff, no one speaks English or speaks poorly, had to use translator all the time. Shuttle service is terrible, I had to wait for almost an hour to get from airport to hotel, driver didn't find me, so I ended up taxing taxi. Poorly organized. Breakfast is chinese food only.
