  What could be improved: there is only one small elevator and the hostel is in 18th floor. to me it is not a problem but some might find it annoying

  Location was really great. It was really clean. If you plan the shower time right, you don’t have to wait at all. There was always a cleaning lady at the shower facility who always make sure, that’s the shower is cleaned after each shower.
  
  What could be improved: Rooms are not soundproof. I recommend oropax for the stay. You can hear everything from your neighbours and outside.

  I liked how small and cozy the room was! The staff were super helpful in figuring out the laundry machines since I didn't have a Chinese phone number to start the machines myself.
  
  The lobby was comfortable and had a lot of seating. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were excellent! I liked how many shower-head options there are and each shower had lots of space to put my stuff
  
  What could be improved: Room was a little warm. Only one elevator and it took a long time since it had to go all the way up and all the way down

  The location of this hotel is so good that near by Metro 常熟路
  And also close to popular st,淮海中路， easy to go around here and spend few hours here.
  The counter is so nice to answered all my question and my needs.

  The staff gave me excellent tips to places to visit and the best time to do it to enjoy them more. Special thanks to Mr Jimmy, you were so kind! The hotel had movie night and free dinner on Christmas Eve, that was a lovely touch

  It’s convenient location. Modern stylish and chic. Staff were extremely helpful in giving suggestions. For place where space is premium they have managed to design rooms and space well.
