  What could be improved: They demanded a deposit that wasn’t mentioned anywhere, about 500 RMB. I paid by card and asked at checkout when it would be refunded. They said it would take 2–3 days, but it still hasn’t been refunded even after a week. I’ve been repeatedly trying to add them on WeChat, but they haven’t accepted my request. I’m starting to worry that they might not refund it.
