  Good location, exit 4 of line9/7 Zhaojiabang metro station is just right next to the hotel. Xujiahui is just within walking distance. The room we stayed in was clean, the corridors were bright and clean. The staff were friendly.
  
  What could be improved: The price after tax was slightly expensive. And it is usually fully booked so we have to book in advance.

  Completely pleasant stay. The facilities are good (especially the shower); it is conveniently located next to a metro station; the staff are helpful; the rooms are clean and quiet.
  
  What could be improved: There's nothing wrong with the hotel, but it is business-like hotel. If you're looking for somewhere glamourous in a cool area; this isn't it. But if you're looking for a clean and comfortable stay, this is ideal.

  It is located near the MRT station. The hotel staff guided us how to take the MRT to. Nanjing road easily. Check in process was smooth and quick.
  
  What could be improved: The building contains some office floors that leads to heavy lift traffic in the mornings and afternoons. The restaurant needs improvement in terms of food quality and environment as there is no views with all windows closed and blocked. The hotel room is too warm and we called for help but that is how rooms are conditioned in the hotel during winter. 26.5C for bed time is way too much.

  very good location , subway station at gate , which has 2 lines , and many shop and cafes nearby .

  What could be improved: The water flow from shower booth was blocked and first night it flooded. it was a very bad thing in a busy business trip. a helpful cleaning lady unblocked it, but pipes need to be better maintained.

  Location is very good, with lots of restaurants, small convenient shops and subway station nearby.
  
  What could be improved: Staffs are not very friendly. Could not pay deposit with Visa or Master cards. Have a bit difficulty to get wifi connection if you don't have Chinese mobile no.
