  Everything was excellent. Started off with our host Lily organising our taxi from the airport and our return journey. To showing us around the apartment. Explaining everything in detail. To giving us recommendations for restaurants. Lily could not of been better.
  The apartment itself was spacious. With a wonderful view from the balcony. Comfortable beds to excellent heating and air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Extra bed linen. Great location. Only a left at the gates for shopping to a full sized supermarket 5 minutes walk away. 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Lily sent us photos of where to go and of what restaurants to go to. Went above and beyond.

  Everything was okay, nothing to complain about the cleanliness or the building or the area. The view was nice too.
  
  What could be improved: The location. It is really too far away from everything, downtown, Bund, Airport, etc…. Unless someone has to be in that district for whatever reason, I would not recommend it unless of course there is nothing else available.

  The owners are amazing and lovely people. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet with everything you might need at hand + a lovely little bistro that serves an amazing food. The appartment is perfect, spacious and very clean. Thank God for the aircon! The accomodation has everything you could think of. Great view from the balcony!
  I have travelled a lot all over Europe and this is by far one of the best appartments I ever stayed in.
  
  What could be improved: There is absolutely nothing to complain about. I would happily come back anytime.

  Хозяйка квартиры замечательная, очень гостеприимная женщина, к квартире чисто. Всё есть для удобства: стиральная машина, утюг, доска, все необходимые принадлежности, кухня, посуда для готовки. Так же хочется отметить, что квартира находится на 17 этаже с классным видом на город.
  
  What could be improved: Единственный недостаток – это расположение. Станция метро не близко к центру, а от самой станции ещё минут 10-15 идти пешком. Но это сглаживается тем, что в городе можно брать дешёвые велосипеды с поминутной арендой и быстро добираться от метро до квартиры.

  Завтрак мы готовили сами. Обычная квартира. Жили втроем в трех разных комнатах, на трех разных кроватях. В зале диван с раскладушкой. Очень тихий район. 17-ый этаж, хороший обзор.
