  What could be improved: The room, dirty carpet, the unfriendly staff by the breakfast, the pool is run by a private to give swimming lesson, so is not always available.

  did not accept credits eventhough the app said it was possible. ended up paying myself and not using my existing credits, if i knew this i would have booked this room through another travel agent who was 20% cheaper. and not wasted an entire day communicating with customer service without resolving my issues.
