  Excellent location that connect HongQiao international airport, Pudong international airport, and HongQiao Railway station. Plus it has a huge central commercial district where you can find food, and many other useful commerce.
  
  What could be improved: The price is very high for a transit hotel without any scenic attraction nearby and the facility is only 4 star, but the price is 5 star.

  Very comfortable room, nice bathroom and good quality toiletries. Good quality water kettle and a good mix of carpeted and non-carpeted flooring in the room. Staff was helpful. Breakfast spread was a little limited but the quality was good. Location was good, a short walk to the malls and a Lawson convenience store behind the hotel.
  
  What could be improved: The first room they assigned to us reeked of cigarette smoke but they changed the room for us. The walk to hongqiao train station was not ideal- there is an overhead bridge to cross without elevator, which is inconvenient with our luggages.

  Room was very good. New design. Clean. Location is very good. Very close to the exhibition center, airport and train station. Next time I will return here. No doubt about it.

  The location is good, it works for my stay in China. And above all the staff is really very helpful and cooperative. The property is well maintained and clean

  The breakfast buffet was extensive, but perhaps some things a bit past freshness.
  The room was very nice and comfortable. Getting there was a nightmare. Google maps was useless as was booking.com.
