  Close to Chuansha Metro (nearest exit to the hotel is no.2, you will come across a mall beside a small river at the station entrance/exit).
  Front desk was kind enough to allow early check-in after our early arrival from Pudong Airport. Staff was patient while trying to assist as I was not able to get connected to Airalo eSIM, since this is my first trip to China.
  I just speak basic Mandarin but staff made every effort to reduce any communication gaps.
  
  What could be improved: Same breakfast menu though the food wasn't that bad.

  – Location: Few min walk from Chuansha station (exit 2) and a shopping mall, a few metro stops from PVG
  – Facilities: Smart toilet, USB sockets, modern style decoration

  Bedroom was really nice, but had a massive noisy fan right outside
  
  What could be improved: Staff had no English at all, but as a airport hotel, i would have thought a rudimentary knowledge was necessary.

  Har bott på hotellet tidigare och tycker om i princip allt där, annars hade jag/vi inte bott där igen. Personalen är jättetrevlig, frukosten mycket bra och sängarna jättesköna, samt jättefina rum och badrum. Är "lagom storlek" på själva hotellet också, vilket gör att det känns personligt att bo där.
  
  What could be improved: Då och då luktar det rök i korridorerna, utanför rummen – förstår dock att det kanske är svårt att göra något åt det. Har även varit med om att ett rum vi skulle ha luktade rök – inte så trevligt när man är ickerökare.
  Hotellets Wifi kunde vara lite bättre.
