  Overall, a nice hotel with a modern interior, very, very clean, and excellent service (including English-speaking staff). Fresh water was delivered to the room every day. We arrived earlier than expected, but the room was already available, and we were able to check in immediately without any hassle.
  
  Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and European cuisine. There were plenty of options, and the food was very tasty and of high quality. Many dishes were freshly prepared in front of you (I never got bored with the fresh omelettes). There was also an abundance of vegetables and fruits—the watermelon was a daily must-have for the children.
  
  The pictures provided were truly representative, and there were no unpleasant surprises upon arrival. The rooms are spacious; we stayed in a standard room with two adults and two children, and it was comfortable. A couple staying in the same room would have plenty of space. The bathroom setup was particularly nice, with a separate toilet and a very large shower. I especially liked how the shower floor was designed—every hotel should adopt this feature.
  
  The location is within walking distance of the metro and railway station, yet you don’t feel like you’re near a station. There was absolutely no noise from the surroundings.
  
  According to other guests’ demography, this is a truly family- and children-friendly hotel.
  
  What could be improved: We were really satisfied with the hotel. If I had to mention any negative points, a swimming pool would have been a nice addition, or perhaps a touch of added luxury.
  
  Upon checking, you are charged for your stay and approximately a 25% deposit on your credit card. After check-out, the overcharge is refunded (so you only pay for your actual stay). For me, it took less than two days to see the correct balance on my credit card. So, no complaints from my side. We stayed for nine nights, so it was a noticeable amount. If you have very strict limits on your credit card, you should keep this in mind.

  What could be improved: Hotel staff refused to issue an invoice despite their legal duty to do so, under the reasoning that my reservation was made via Booking.com. Continued refusal during follow-ups with customer service.

  Hotelul este foarte curat, lenjeria a fost schimbata din 2 in 2 zile; personalul foarte amabil. Micul dejun tip bufet suedez foarte diversificat cu mancare europeana si asiatica , deschis intre orele 6-10 dimineata. Wifi nu prea era accesibil; nu l am putut utiliza.
