  Clean big room with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: Hardly any English speaking staff at reception. A bit out of the centre, 8 minutes walk to the metro station with limited shuttle service (8:00 AM till 9:00 AM). On my last day I was told to wait 5 minutes for the shuttle and after waiting 10 minutes I asked again I was told that that day there was no shuttle service.

  We really enjoyed that the hotel is located in a quiet area of Shanghai, and there is a nice walkway along the river right in front of the hotel. Metro is just 10 min away. Breakfast was great, especially loved the dumplings!

  Breakfast is nice, the staff were also nice. Outside there is a river, good for walking.

  The breakfast was fantastic-many dishes to choose from buffet (Chinese and European meals), good coffee and tee. Rooms were big, The surrounding was very peaceful. There is 10 min walking distance to the metro.

  Good value for money with great metro links near by. Peaceful setting by the river. Great to walk any time of the day.
  Nice shopping centre about a 10-min walk with plenty to eat and drink.

  Breakfast has plenty of choice, just not what I am used to coming from England.
