  Clean room, prepared drinks and soup at the lobby all day, helpful staffs, free shuttle bus to Disneyland

  The hotel is located near Shanghai Disneyland. Free shuttle is provided in the morning to Disneyland and back to hotel at 10:10 in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Kelly and Zoe from the front desk. There are quite a number of restaurants further down the road (about 1km). The bed was huge (size of 2 king-size beds).
  
  What could be improved: It is located far from the city centre and tourist attractions such as 城皇庙，田子坊，南京路步行街，etc. You can skip the breakfast, you will not miss anything.

  Close to Disneyland and a walkable distance to the metro station.

  The breakfest was very goodand the rooms a nice only the location is a problem. It is not easy to get to.. to make it much better they need to have a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and from the hotel to downtown or at least to the metro station.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to have a free shuttle to Disneyland. Breakfast has a good spread and the food was yummy. We like the washer and dryer facilities and free snacks/sweets and tea in the lobby.

  What could be improved: Far from the tourist areas and a 1km walk to nearest metro station. Not much food options around although you can order rice sets from reception. The rice sets looks good and a pity we didn't get a chance to try.

  Amazing staff & lovely, spacious and clean room, good location for Disney and the train station.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast could do with more selection for example bakery items, free shuttle bus however doesn’t get you to Disney for opening, however the train is so cheap and close to the hotel
