  De personeel reageert snel, behulpzaam.

  We moesten overnachten in Shanghai. Ik (MET MIJN 2 MINDERJARIG KINDEREN) hebben deze hostel geboekt. De prijs was andere en andere voordelen bijvoorbeeld shuttle free, minder een kilometer naar de center, ruimte kamer enzovoort.
  Ze hebben veranderd van hostel met double prijs en ver weg van center. (15-20 minuten rijden). Ik moest shuttle betalen airport hostel 720 yuan (heen en terug) en om naar de center te gaan rond 45-50 yuan heen.
  De hostel stinkt van roken, oud en beetje kapot.

  Het was eng om naar de hostel te gaan.. Het lijkt op de gang oud, vies en veel rommel en heel donker.
  Ik moest accepteren omdat ik voor de eerste keer naar Shanghai gingen met kinderen en internet deed moeilijk de meest mensen spreken geen Engels. Ik ben verdrietig en teleurgesteld. DUS LET OP… ( Ik heb foto als bewijs).

  Perfect location, it is literally close to everything. The house is clean and quiet and has everything that I need. The staff is also impeccable, jack helped me with the tv and wifi, loved it. Thank you!

  I made great memories in Shanghai! The location of this house is very good and convenient to all attractions. The overall decoration is warm and comfortable and my y family loved it. The staff was also very helpful in answering questions and providing a lot of traveling advice. SWEAR I will book again next time I come to Shanghai.
