  The environment of the hotel in general is clean, quiet and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The front desk receptionists and waitress in the morning breakfast area are all showing unfriendly faces, i.e all having sour faces. When we tried asking them for information or assistance, the only feedback provided by the front desk people were : We can't help ! or It is not our responsibility ! They had never bordered to check before they answered you back. I have been staying in this hotel for 2 weeks time and yet NOT A SINGLE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST ever greet me with "Good Morning" or "How are you doing today ?" However, I appreciate the hotel has a good and responsible Duty Manager (don't know her name") who at least can provide me some guidance.
