  The service was outstanding, staff friendly and the hotel itself was beautifully presented and maintained.

  Fantastic location right on Nanjing Road—perfect for shopping and exploring nearby attractions. It’s within walking distance to many popular spots and very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with luxury Le Labo bath and body products, which reflect the hotel’s five-star standard. Staff responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. A very comfortable and convenient stay overall.
