  The service was outstanding, staff friendly and the hotel itself was beautifully presented and maintained.
  
  What could be improved: The price of services within the hotel and not having breakfast included for the price was disappointing but could have added but very expensive. The drinks were very expensive in the hotel bars.

  Fantastic location right on Nanjing Road—perfect for shopping and exploring nearby attractions. It’s within walking distance to many popular spots and very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with luxury Le Labo bath and body products, which reflect the hotel’s five-star standard. Staff responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. A very comfortable and convenient stay overall.

  Very good location. Hotel with history and very good. Expensive but very good quality of facilities. Room big with very good bed. Coffee machine in room . Everybody speak English.
