  Eastern Hub exceeded our expectations in every way. The large 3 bed apartment is a perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience perfect for a large family or group.
  
  The service team including Lisa, Cathy, Livia were extremely helpful with great communication and accommodated all our requests.

  This host is terrible, do not book at any of their properties. When we finally located the address we had been provided we found another family staying in our room. The owner provided another address more than 3km away and expected us to able to get there at 10pm with no transport organised! They also tried to charge us twice. The family staying in the accommodation we thought was ours had a similar terrible experience and had been “upgraded” to our room.
  Thankfully there was a Mercure hotel close by which luckily had a room available and we stayed at instead.
  
  What could be improved: Everything, even though we never actually stayed at the property it was a terrible and stressful stay to our holiday.

  This apt has the most beautiful night views of Shanghai, with a stunning panorama of the Bund and Shanghai Tower. The host has a highly professional team who promptly addressed many of our issues through a WeChat group. Traveling with 3 children can be quite exhausting, but their beds were incredibly comfortable, and they could even adjust the firmness for you if needed. The kitchen is also well-equipped. Worth mentioning is the apartment's location, directly opposite Yuyuan Garden, making it extremely convenient. This experience truly deserves a 10 rating.
