  Location was easily accessible from the airport using the metro. Hostel also sent instructions to get to the place which helped. Plenty of places to shop and eat located really close to the hostel. Check-in was straightforward and staff were excellent. Hostel has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Would come here again if ever I’m in Shanghai.

  Location is absolutely excellent, comfortable rooms, nice bar area.
  
  What could be improved: Some of the staff were not too friendly (not all, there were a couple very helpful and nice people manning the reception as well!), we had to make our own beds (not a problem, but a little bit surprising) and we only got towels after a very long conversation where they first offered one of those disposable towels and only after insisting multiple times on a proper towel did we receive it.
