  Location was great. Easy to get taxi.
  
  What could be improved: Food was bad especially breakfast adding that was waste of money. Most of the items had pork n beef. Staff spoke no English so it was hard to communicate on what to eat.
  Bed was very hard and not comfortable for us.

  The breakfast was good, except I am very surprised they do not allow for guests to request for omelette. I can have only fried egg, sunny side up or hardboiled. No scrambled / omelette. Not able to comment on the Asian / chinese items since I didn't try any of it.
  
  What could be improved: Have an omelette station, or at least have scrambled egg.

  Super convenient location – right outside of the walking street, dozens of restaurants, the whole area is bustling day and night. There's a bit of walking required to reach the train station and quite a bit of walking to reach The Bund, but it's not a problem and I enjoyed it.
  
  The staff are very kind and helpful, offering help with luggage, taxi, and other advice.
  
  My room on the 8th floor was perfectly quiet despite being in a busy location.
  
  The suite room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed is luxurious and sleeping was a bliss.
  
  What could be improved: I don't recommend the hotel's cafe on the ground floor. The house wine was clearly spoilt, kept open for several days and not stored in the fridge.
  
  Although the room looked perfectly clean, there was some large clumps of dust in the corners of the room and under the sofa.

  Most of the front desk personnel speaks English. Great location!!
  
  What could be improved: The front desk made a mistake on the room charges which is not same as booking.com. I realised and asked to check . They reversed the charges and charged me the correct rates

  Excellent hotel, very centrally located, in Nanjing road. Lovely hotel interior. Big room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast with great choice of Chinese and a bit less European food.
