  Very good location, walking distance to Yuyuan Road. All facilities are new and clean.

  Facilities, equipment, setting of the room are all very good. Location is convenient.
  
  What could be improved: Only drawback was we wanted to ask staff to help in flight online checkin but both ladies do not have any idea what is online checkin. Probably need to give some training on this.

  The deluxe king room we booked was spacious and clean, with all the required amenities (except there are no cutleries). The toilet could use a bidet (haha!). Checkin was smooth and the concierge was accommodating as we had to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few days because we were headed to another province and will be back to stay at the hotel after the trip.
  
  Each room is provided with 2 reusable water bottles which you can also carry out of the hotel, and there is a water station on every floor. The hotel location is convenient as you have Yuyuan Rd right next to it, with many local eateries along Dingxi Rd as well. The hotel is accessible via Metro Line 2 which can get you direct to Pudong International Airport in approx 1.5hrs (and only 7 Yuan one way!)
  
  What could be improved: Can provide some cutleries like a teaspoon.
  Toilet could use a bidet.

  非常棒的酒店，力推！地點好，酒店很新，服務讚，價格實惠，下次來必住。

  離2號線地鐵站很近，往浦東機場或虹橋機場搭車都方便。
  離賣場和很近，吃東西都很方便。
  酒店裡就有濾水設備，不怕沒水喝，且還有環保水壺，一切以環保為主。
