  the staff was very friendly and accommodating when needed (and after pushing, see what I didn't like). The location is superb
  
  What could be improved: the room I got the first night was w/o windows … which is ok BUT the room was more a hot pot than a room. The temperature was extremely high until I couldn't take it any longer. I asked for a different room with a window for the 2nd night and had to pay an additional amount (really ?). After discussing the staff agreed that I'd get it for the same price. This is … never seen (I am travelling daily for many years and have spent more nights in hotels than at home). The breakfast doesn't have anything for international guests and we are on W Nanjing Road, not in the province !

  E' un albergo abbastanza nuovo, abbastanza in centro, abbastanza vicino ad una fermata della metro
  
  What could be improved: La camera era SENZA FINESTRA, ovvero la finestra era presente, ma con i vetri totalmente oscurati di nero ed impossibile da aprire. Cio' non e' indicato su Booking.com. Sulla scheda dell'hotel, nella camera Elegant (terzo piano) da me prenotata , c'e' scritto "Vista". Dalla finestra si sentivano i rumori della strada. Anche l'insonorizzazione col corridoio non era buona. Anche la sala colazioni (piccola) e' totalmente cieca, senza finestre, molto umida. Alla reception non parlano inglese, difficile anche capirsi pur utilizzando il traduttore sul cellulare. E' presente il bollitore ma soltanto con una bustina di foglie di te' al giorno.
