  The room itself was absolutely perfect. Spacious, clean, and tastefully designed, it offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to the Xintiandi Metro Station. Whether you're here for business or leisure, getting around the city is incredibly convenient. With easy access to key attractions, dining spots, and shopping districts, this hotel is a perfect base for exploring Shanghai. I want to personally thank all the staff for taking great care of us!
  
  One feature that truly stood out was the laundry room facilities. The space was well-maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed to make doing laundry a seamless experience. For long-term travelers, having access to such high-quality and efficient facilities is invaluable. This small but essential detail demonstrates the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort and convenience.
  
  The shower area, however, was the highlight of my stay. It was thoughtfully designed, with excellent water pressure and temperature control, creating a spa-like experience. After a long day, it was the perfect way to unwind and refresh.
  
  From the prime location and exceptional laundry facilities to the perfect rooms and luxurious shower area, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely return on my next trip to Shanghai!
  
  What could be improved: Despite the limited command of English amongst the staff. That is just a minor issue.
  As long as they were dedicated to ensuring every piece of information was clarified and addressed. On the downside, the mini gym was far too small—it might have been better repurposed as a space for a few subsidized massage chairs for guests to relax while waiting for their laundry.

  So very near to Xindianti Mrt station, exit 1 & 2. Walking distance to many attractions. Very clean with super new fittings. Free onsite laundry. Pleasant staff who endlessly offered bottles of water when we went out for day outing.
  
  What could be improved: Was given a non smoking room which a smoker had once occupied. There was a persistent stench throughout stay inspite of the air filter provided.

  Staff is super efficient and friendly. They honestly try to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Location is awesome. Conveniently located in the heart of shopping, food and bars. Rooms are clean and they also have in house laundry facilities that we can use for free. Also provide light supper for free.

  It is near with the Metro station. Just walk in 10mins time able reach. It is convenient for us as tourist for short stay and visit Shanghai. Their staff all very kind. We can use their laundry's with FOC! This is what I feel so surprised with facilities they provide.
  
  What could be improved: I rent 4 rooms. Found certain rooms with some bad smells. We have notice with the receptionist, but then they willing assist us for this method immediately.

  Quite modern, boutique, with young friendly staff. Comfortable beddings and powerful shower. Nice little touches eg. Reading/book shelf area in the lobby area and later night Chinese congee corner.
  
  What could be improved: Young staff not speaking much English, limited knowledge about international standards/customs in hospitality business. Cleaning lady keeps replacing my bath towels unnecessarily every single day even though I put it back on the rack. The gym is super tiny and no privacy (people come in and out to pass the gym to the communal laundry area)

  Замечательный новый отель. Очень понравилось. У нас номер был с видом на старинные здания, очень красиво… находиться на тихой улочке, рядом магазинчики и бары…в пяти минутах метро, до центральной улицы 2 останови… вообщем все рядом. Где метро есть магазины и рестораны, если идти в право от отеля есть большой финансовый центр, где тоже ресторанчики , дорогие и не очень… мы несколько раз ужинали там в японском ресторане. Завтраки больше ориентированы на китайцев, но голодными не будете… фрукты, йогурты, мюсли и хлопья, овощи, выпечка, кофе…Контингент китайцев очень приличный… все тихо… Очень классные места для отдыха в холе. Советую…Вообщем все выглядит как на фото отеля.
