  I stayed at Andaz Hotel for approximately 7 days, during which I renewed my booking 3 times. Overall, the experience was excellent and truly worth highlighting.
  The hotel's location is outstanding—close to key landmarks and offering a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere. The service was top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and professional, which added a warm and welcoming touch throughout my stay.
  The hotel also offers several outstanding services that made my stay even more comfortable and luxurious.
  
  What could be improved: However, there was one point I wanted to mention regarding the "Happy Hour" service—an evening light meal offered free of charge to hotel guests. Unfortunately, I was not informed about this service during my booking process or when I received my room keys, despite being a guest for over a week and renewing my stay multiple times.
  I believe it would be helpful if guests were made aware of such services from the beginning so they can take full advantage of them.
  Secondly, the in-room TV channels lacked variety. There were very limited options, and unfortunately, no foreign movie channels were available, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber.

  Great location, super convenient to travel to and from, nice ambiance. Very attentive staff, room are well cleaned everyday.
  
  What could be improved: Price is on the high side. Furniture needs to be updated, bathroom floor has patches of stains and the water doesn’t drain very well. The exterior window is very dusty and the room is facing a construction site.

  I also wanted to compliment John, concierge area. He was tremendously helpful to help me track down a delivery, really spent time on it.

  Location is fantastic, right next to the restaurant and shopping district. The concierge service from Roy was spectacular. I had to take my bags across the road and he did it without a fuss.

  I expected that more of staffs at hotel this level should be able to speak English. But very few of them can, especially at lobby lounge only one person can speak English which was difficult.
