  Large and clean room with everything you need, like free water, kettle, iron, etc. Good gym with modern trainers. Breakfast with a large variety of the Western and Eastern food.

  The facilities, such as delivery box, microwave, comfy desk & chairs for work, that are located in lobby are very convenient. Another highlight is the staff understand and responsive to our request, eg hailing taxi, religion matters

  The hotel location quite near to bus and metro stop. Once we stepped into the lobby, the smells was very pleasant. The trolley service and checkout room were punctual, as the time that we've informed earlier.
  
  What could be improved: We've booked for a 3-person room, however the towels, slippers, mugs, etc in the room are only provided for 2 peoples. Furthermore, there is only one king-sized bed in the room. The provided facilities/amenities doesn't match for 3 people usage.

  I faced issue during first day checked in, breakfast was not included. The reason said by the hotel is setting in the description from booking.com didn't mention breakfast. After awaiting half hours, only resolved this issue and got my breakfast.
