  I came from Japan and stayed at a solo traveler-friendly hotel in Shanghai. One of the female staff members was especially kind, cheerful, and helpful. Her friendly attitude and great service really made my stay more enjoyable. I’d be happy to stay here again.

  Location is 10 minutes away from the metro station in Pudong area, a very new and green area of the city full of malls and office buildings, there are buses that take you to center in 1 stop from there. Staff were nice, despite not being able to communicate in English they make the effort to help using translators. Don't get surprised by the cumbersome entrance, as many places in China you have to enter through another building to the 5th floor where the hotel is located. Rooms are new and spacious, very clean, very confy bed and nice bathroom with few toiletries included. You can "store" you luggage before/after your checks without problems. They even have laundry available for use.
  
  What could be improved: The entrance is a bit hidden, as there are other hotels in the same lobby/building. Otherwise nothing to say.

  The people desk was so amazing, they will you from anything, and very convenient location
  
  What could be improved: they do some renovated in another room and i'm surprised they work until sunday, but i don't spend to much time in my room so and the staff ask me to change, i decided to keep the one,
  Else i'm agree to have noise but nothing spécial … very good one and quiet
